Within the WEC Hypercar rules, the chassis has to have a "place" for a second seat, even though they don't have to carry a second seat while racing. So their is potentially the space for a second seat, but how much space i don't know, as the cabin is rather narrow and it might also have lots of electronics and various systems in the space that might make fitting a passenger seat without modifications difficult.. For S&G I asked my guy at Ferrari and he confirmed that you had to be a part of the XX Racing program to be offered the 499.
Sounds like they are willing to support a customer WEC program. Hopefully IMSA after that. Interestingly, the side sticker reads Francorchamps Motors. I guess the livery is a nod to #4153, the Ecurie Francorchamps 250GTO.
I have been told by Ferrari "same numbers than the other XX cars", so around 30. 33 seems correct then.
