There's an EAG converted 430 for sale on BaT, and ttforcefed is already jumping to the defense of EAG.

I just don't understand the point of doing a conversion on a 2k mile car. The value in cars like these are in the mileage and originality. My guess is someone converts it back.

 

What wld have the appropriate time frame been for a response? Or maybe you can shes light as to what an factory car owner wld do if their hardware failed? Curious on your view.

I didn't say it was the best investment. However, nobody is buying a 2k mile Ferrari this old as a driver. They're buying it to have a Ferrari and not take a loss. So if you're only going to put a few miles on it, why go through the hassle of having it converted?

 

I too would be curious about how that scenario would shake out. I wonder what the dealer would say if you needed a new set of shifter cables or a replacement 184022 or 181751 (although I'm not sure how 181751 would have a failure)
