    275 GTB/4 chassis #10337 for sale at Joe Macari. Has incorrect for a 4 cam Borrani RW3874 60 spoke wheels and are 6.5" wide which are correct for a Short Nose 275 GTB. Should have Borrani RW4039 72 spoke which are 7" wide. Tyres on the car are also incorrect being the smaller diameter low profile 205/70 VR 14. Should have full profile 205 VR14. I wonder what wheels and tyres were on it when Classiche Certified?

    Clearly not enough for it to fail Classiche Certification if these wheels and tyres were on 10337 when it was Certified in 2014 but it should at least have been pointed out in the wheels section of the Red Book that they were not the original wheels and of the incorrect type and that the tyres were of the incorrect size. It should not have been certified with these wheels and tyres in my opinion, if they were on the car at the time of the Classiche Inspection.

    166 MM/53 chassis #0264 M, rebody by Fantuzzi in 1970 in the style of the "Barchetta Touring". Photos taken when owned by Bernd Hahne.
    During 1969/1970 Fantuzzi rebodied 4 Ferraris to similar style ("Barchetta Touring"), besides 0264 M the others were 0176 ED for Artom, 0251 EU for Charles Robert, 0284 AM for Auteri.

    Remember another Bianco 275 GTB with I think a blue interior that had the body modified with rectangular covers on the lower body front lights? Did that one ever get converted back to original; might have had rear fender vents added to? Talacrest was selling it I think a few years ago now. You didn't like the look of it!

    Yes spot on 07085 indeed! Thank you for the two links with very informative details regarding the regression to it's past life wearing Blu Scuro.
    Timo's comment at the end of the other thread you linked about the potential for returning the 275 GTB back to it's white version for a future owner reminded me of the matte black 1950's Ferrari convertible. That matte finish was confirmed after much research and then restored to that specification. Then only to be all brushed aside when a later new owner wanted 'gloss' black instead of the matte black that had been done to a high standard. The thick white stitching around the interior is the standout detail for that convertible beyond the paint work.
