I just got a 2008 F430 Spider with Capristo headers and was on the fence about a tune until I came across several rave reviews about Trev's OEM quality ECU flash. @VAF84 would you mind sharing his contact info with me also?
Thanks for the great review! I’m also trying to get hold of Trev related to a CEL on my F430 due to an aftermarket exhaust . Would really appreciate if you could pass his contact details on to me. Thanks
Does trev have a website, or a price list ? I've just got my 360 and I'm drawing up my to-do list. I'm sure you all know what it's like so I'd like to get an idea of costs but I don't really want to bug him directly as it might be 6 or 12 months until I get anything done and I'm sure he's got real actual paying customers to deal with that are a lot more important !
Responded to DM. Tough to say, but the range is anywhere from $800 to $2,000, at least that was a range when I got it done, but that range had gone up from the year before. Depended on whether you wanted a few of the extra features. I’d say the only negative aspect of the deal is no formal price list and I could never get him to send me formal stats/paperwork on what I’d paid for after repeated requests. I wanted to be able to pass the info on to the next buyer, but was never able to. I don’t know if it’s for legal reasons, but that’s my assumption. Lucky for him he’s got extremely good feedback from FChat owners who have actually done it, including myself.
I know this is an old thread, but would love to get the agent in the US info for 360Trev. Have a 2009 F430 and need a tune. Appreciate any info. Thanks
Also in dire need of trying to get a hold of 360 Trev if anyone could help i’m throwing some codes that are putting me in limp mode and I need some horsepower and his expertise to get the red rocket back on the road… any help as much appreciated thanks
Any chance I can get the number also? I reached out to him on here and nothing. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Hey Chris, it seems his number changed. The last time I shared his info I was told that the number no longer worked. I advised that person to try and go through EAG as at the time they were working together. It’s been awhile since I’ve been in the loop, so I’m not sure what the latest is.
Since I've got an F430 and just got the 360Trev flash for my car, this seemed like an appropriate place to share my feedback. I'm in Northern CA and worked with sammyf for everything. The whole process was super smooth and I learned a ton about the ECUs in the process. My primary motivation for getting the flash was to clear the CEL related to the o2 sensors after I installed 4-1 headers. My car is a 2007 and I guess I was one of the unlucky few that could never get o2 spacers to reliably keep the CEL off. Yesterday was my first drive after the flash, and the improvements exceeded my expectations. One of the biggest standout improvements was the overall smoothness and cohesiveness of the tune. Response time and sensitivity to my throttle inputs and F1 shifting feels so much more direct. Before, the car almost felt lazy by comparison. I also noticed some real world improvements to the powerband too. I have 4-1 headers, stock cats, and an S-Line exhaust which has some drone cruising in certain RPM ranges. After the flash, I found myself dealing with a lot less drone because I could keep the car out of those RPM ranges by virtue of it feeling more torquey across the RPM range. Lastly, when I got home I decided to pull out my code reader to check for smog readiness. The best part - all monitors were showing ready! I'm so much happier with the car now post-flash. 360Trev customer here and can vouge (sp?) both for Trev and Sam. Great to work with. Professional, great service, amazing product. If I get another F car, it’ll get the Trev treatment for sure!
