He lives in London so covered parking for his car (and even the car itself) may not be a high priority…by a mile. Having your own spot IS, same thing in NYC. That spot alone is worth HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars. Look at how tight he is already parked and he has a fox peeing on his car. It is what it is. Manhattan and London are different operating environments in my experience living there. Dude is making moves and I dig it. “Affording” a garage to park it in would be worth more than that car (and sounds elitist). Unless he moved.

My neighbor here in LA kept his Mclaren, Aston and Mercedes outside, often on the street, it was not a big deal, his driveway angle was an issue. City livin’

Even my humble 456M sits outside, I have a two car garage and daily it but backing out of my driveway is chore. Parking is tight.
