    Hello,

    I purchased a beautiful 2007 Rosso F430 Spider, 15,000 miles from Dick Lovett Swindon in October, and unfortunately they couldn’t provide any of the cars history files (service invoices etc) due to GDPR.

    The car is mint and a credit to its former owner, and it has a full Ferrari main dealer annual service history from new. It would be amazing to get the annual service files/print outs, so I can add them to the cars history file.

    I’m hoping the previous owner may be on the forum, or someone may know this car, as I would super appreciate a copy of the files if at all possible.

    Beautiful car, congrats. Have you asked if they’re prepared to strikethrough any personal data on any of the documents and to send them on to you? I once purchased a pre-owned car (BMW) which came with no paperwork (price reduced accordingly). After contacting the main dealer whose sticker was in the rear window, they kindly sent me all the annual services just with the name and address blanked out! Businesses quote GDPR far too quickly these days.

    Yes, thank you, I called the main dealer the car was serviced at every year since new and they sent me through the full history with all the service details and kindly redacted any GDPR data. Amazing service from them and delighted to now have a full history folder and can plan what needs done and when to keep it in pristine condition. Thanks again for the recommendation!

    Nice car, are you local? I have mine serviced by DL but fettled by an indy. Took my F430 out yesterday for the first time in as long time, we need better weather!
