This Dino was flown over from Belgium directly to Houston, then to me. It was a very nice car but needed a little refurbishment. The car was originally Argento Autiel with black interior. Now Rosso Chiaro with tan and daytona seats and Campagnolo wheels. It lived it's whole life in Belgium and now Texas!

Wow- quite a beauty. My car is 04122, 3 cars later! Interesting this has the clapper wipers (as does mine), but it has the newer round protruding intakes under the nose whereas mine has the older flat rectangular intakes (and the lower trim line of the black satin underbody that aligns with the lower side crease rather than being half an inch above it associated with it). Mine also has the older style holes in the steering wheel spokes even though built slightly later. Mine is a US GTS with this of course being a euro coupe. The summer/fall of 1972 was the transition for these various final “E” series features, 04122 having been built in July 1972 per Matthias (though my placard says June).

My front bumper also wraps into the nose on mine like many earlier cars (even euro cars) do, and mine has only one support bar per bumper (front and rear) not the beefier 2 that later US cars got. I am not sure what determines the front bumper going into the nose or not at it appears somewhat random.

Beautiful car, Jon; at first blush it doesn’t look like it needs much! Also did you get a new photography studio? Nice pics!

Agreed with your comments; I own 04124 from new and the car has the clapper wipers, rectangular holes, steering wheel holes, and the black paint as you describe. Don't know what is up with this? Looks beautiful though.
