I'm ok with the front Daytona style black strip, but give me everything else in body color (roof, dumb winglets), 812 comp interior, and same 812 comp/tdf wheel choices... now we'd be talking

I can go w the front too as it has a reference to prior model even though is fairly sig if isn’t in size. But can’t do rear winglets. Center piece fine since it’s the window but not that.

The car is compelling. Striking and very Ferrari. One needs to see it in person. We were fortunate to be invited to the premiere dinner in Miami. The guests were widely varied in age and from around the world. The response was overwhelmingly positive. I personally think the coupe is the one, but both coupe and GTS looked great in all the display colors - giallo monte carlo (which was the non-functional display) was a standout. I’ve been lucky to have owned 8s and 12s over several decades, and the response to new models, from photos only, is often very different when the cars are seen in the metal.

Yes. Direct experience of a thing is quite often useful before passing judgment, IME.

Well, it's 2024 and "everyone" has got a/or is:
    1. Take
    2. Pushback
    3. Fallout
    4. Troll
    5. Diss
    6. Brutally honest
    7. Etc

I think the car is beautiful.
Maybe one day "everyone" will get...a real job?

I have kids too and employee hundreds of 'younger' adults too, so I eel like I do have a bit of a connection with the current generation.
Hence why I mentioned that I did show the pictures to several and the resposne was what I mentioned above.
Perhaps that may or may not be relevant, but sicne this is an open forum, I wanted to share opinions from other as well.
Both my grandparents actually fought and suffered in WW2 while they were defiant, so talking about any kind of war is way too far from any discussion about luxury cars.
I have my opinion about the current design and wish to voice it over here. No one is "suffering", I am the last person to take any kind of "offense" with any choice a brand makes. It's up to them and up to me to purchase/desire what they put out. I'm simply making the point that this new design is not resonation with me whilst I'm happy for everyone that does like it.
The fact that I still want one speaks volumes about my love for the brand and what it stands for vs how this model looks.
I drive and track all my cars, so I'm all in for the drive as looks always come second to me.
No is supposed to apologize for our views and opinions voiced in respect to one another.

If someone told me I've been transported to an alternate reality, I would believe them.

I'm getting tired of hearing Rod Serling's voice first thing every morning.

    Understand.
Feel same about the brand and have been a Ferrari guy for decades - F opened a dealership where I live part time and decided to go all in.
Appreciate Ferrari much more from a technical / presence view vs the older Ferrari's.

The smartphone has been a blessing/curse. But, iPhones don't make people stupid. That comes from somewhere else.

Unfortunately I couldn't go last minute.
One of my friends and race buddies went and he mentioned that car is amazing in real life.
    The presentation sucked though....!

Damn right! Dumb people exist regardless of time and/or place. The popularization of the internet and ease of its use through portable devices didn't make people stupid BUT it sure did gave them a perfect environment to express themselves.

I’ve seen the car in person. No one has addressed the Honda civic look and feel of the interior. It is not becoming of v12 Ferrari.
