Any Rhode Island Ferrari mechanics or shops that work on them

Just had oil change Ferrari NE , yes just oil and filter $1035 . While I expected it to be about 800 , that’s still high to me given cost of parts . Anyway it’s more of the traffic getting there . Anyone familiar with a competent shop or mechanics to handle general maintenance on Ferrari in Rhode Island . Checked with the Maserati dealer in Warwick RI for the oil change and they don’t work on Ferrari . Thank you

 

What year, model?

 

2015 California T , 12, 720 miles . I think international motor cars in EG might work on them to some extent . Thanks for the response

AutoHaus of Boston for an Annual oil and filter service on that Ferrari would be around $800 with taxes tank you.

 

Thanks Tony , that’s actually father and worse traffic than Ferrari of NE .Although that Price is what I expected to pay when I bought it . Boston Mass only about 50 miles but with AM/ PM traffic about 2 hours . Appreciate the response though.

 

Trafic is not bad after rush hour from 9:00 to 3:00 it's worth the savings.

Yes you did. I grew up in R.I. and know of a place that worked on older F cars back in the day I can’t think of any place that handles the new stuff. In addition to Tony there is also

Don’t know but you know us Rhode Islanders anything more than a half hour ride requires a hotel stay . Anyway I called S Eastern and don’t you know it he is retiring so not taking any new work but thanks for the lead Rob

 

I couldn’t see a way to edit my post , but I just received a call from Ferrari NE that they noticed an error in my billing as the hourly rate was used for a different vehicle and or work i believe . I have to commend any company who is this diligent to ensure customer satisfaction . The actual charge would have been $835 pretty much in line with what I expected. Traffic still awful but they can’t fix that . Thank you Carla at Ferrari NE

 

LOL so true! I grew up in Cranston and my first apartment was in Foster and my friends were saying if we come visit we are going to have to stay overnight!

Boston Sports Car in Weston is even farther away for you than FNE, probably a good half hour in light traffic. They are still there. I live in the town next door and I always take a diversion past them when I am in the neighborhood and they usually have several new and older Ferraris out on the apron during work hours, plus several other makes that they service. I have heard a few grumbles from people about them but no first hand experience. I remember Aston Martin of New England (again GU for you in Watertown) actually used to (still does?) work on Ferraris because one of their service guys (Steve?) came out of the Ferrari world.

 

Steve moved on. No longer there.

Trust me wish you where closer , should have looked closer at this before bought it. Time to sell I think and get something I can get serviced in RI .

I can update that a little bit. Aston Martin moved to Norwood a few years ago, however they stopped doing Ferrari work before that move when Dave Angeloni left. The facility is still there in Waltham, but they only deal with specialty cars. I heard Steve Oldford left AM, but I don't know where he is now. Anyone know?

Once Dave left, I started taking my 612 and FF to Boston Sports Cars. I've been very happy with their work. This winter they did a complete major (timing belts, plugs, all oil and fluids, recharge a/c) on the 612. I got the car the day we left for Amelia Island and then onto Key West. I was a little concerned I didn't get to drive it before leaving, but the car drove like a dream and still does.

This September it's on to Wisconsin!
