So... if you wish a good chuckle... attached are a few pictures of me with my 308GT4 (chassis 10902) circa 1983 (41 years ago)... Please forgive the scuffed/dirty shoe sides, as I did not realize how bad they were. This was for a photo shoot for a local firm.

I try to make it to Carmel each August for car week, but don't often take the 308. This was 2021.

 

Try to take it next year for the 308 50th anniversary celebration and I’m sure the 308 will be the marquee for Concorso Italiano.
to all 308 owner out there let’s give them a big show next year.

I didn't know that the 488 was that small.

 

Must be the angle. A 488 actually looks massive side-by-side with a 328. It's quite a bit larger in all dimensions. What is surprisingly small is a Countach; which an LP5000 QV was present, and in my opinion the show stopper. Other than width and excluding the wing, it's smaller than a 328.

Hate to put on my Ferrari judge's cap but I fear your center caps are the incorrect current version and not period correct ones,

 

At least the horsey logo caps are not mixed!

Probably so. Mine are the politically corrected version with the highly offensive jewels "bulge" removed.

Out of curiosity, was there a change with center caps for 88.5-89 along with the wheels?

 

No the center caps are the same from 308's all the way to 360's.
