Hi George, thank you for asking. Those are USAF Chief Enlisted Aircrew wings. I was a Flight Engineer aboard MH-53 Pave Low helicopters and CV-22 Osprey tilt-rotors for 18 of the 21 years I served.

Back in 2006 one buyer was quoted an extra six months on his 599 order if he wanted the three pedal version. He was coming from a manual 575M. After his F1 599 arrived he regretted not waiting the extra time to get another manual in his new 599. Congrats on your manual 599 find! Rosso Mugello & Cuoio or Bianco Avus & Red Which one do you prefer ? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Without any hesitation the Rosso Mugello & Cuoio combination. Especially if it is the actual car you are considering since this example has the early 2006 style seat pattern. The more unique seat pattern vs the Daytona seats that you often see! There was also a quilted style seat pattern to as pictured below. Image Unavailable, Please Login
My mate sent me a picture of this as he was at Bicester also. Interesting numberplate mount you have.
Its the Carbonio one. https://carbonio.com/ Dead easy to use, just clips into the grill, very secure although can be quite nickable if you know how they work. Mines been great though.
First line says 5 seconds on and 5 seconds off! So yes if you know how they work. I wanted a smaller plate on mine, but the standard fixing and mount dont allow that, so this appears to be an option
