Not that it really matters in a 24-hour race, but to have 11 hypercars qualify within one second, and 19 within two seconds, makes it look like pretty good parity.

 

That's the aim of BoP: have the cars closer in performance.
Some people may not agree, but that the only way to keep so many constructors and teams interested.
I don't remember having seen so many different makes in the top category at Le Mans.

 

Am I the only one that noticed F1 viewership over doubled since Liberty bought it?

You have to sign up create an account and pay 0,99Euro. They will show most if not all the race.

They are showing pre race now. Zidane the football superstar who will give the start was just driven around the track in the new Alpine concept car.

 

That is a really stupid idea, there will be accidents, hopefully no bad ones.
