Interesting is the image supposed to be 800 x 469 pixels? They claim their resolution is:

6.5” HD Quality 1,024×600 Resolution TFT-LCD Display

Have you tried with a higher resolution image? Or can you confirm your final one is 800 x 469 and the site doesn't reduce it?

 

I used 1024x600 for the overall image size which is why they are padded so I can still keep the aspect ratio of the displayed image (about 986x360). Once I created the 1st one and though trial and error to get the right spacing for the display it became easily to swap things out like the car image or the model number. I'm on a Mac and using Pixelmator Pro if anyone wants the files (just PM me)

 

OK, I was just pinged that Ferrarichat modifies the image size to 800x469, so here is a zip of the image files...

 

OK, need an opinion. Should I update all the boot screens with the smaller Ferrari script and the Cavallino logo? Trying to make something OEM looking

OK, so I made a cleaner zip file. This only has my latest wallpapers (360, 430/Scud) and boot images (360, 430, 430 Spider and Scud)

Note: The colors seem to be off on my photographs, but are fine in the actual images. They are all the color of the 1st image (for the 430 coupe)

Here is the latest zip with both 360 Spider boot logo and wallpaper.

FYI: If anyone needs a boot logo for the 16M contact me. I have an idea for the 16M, but if no one wants one, I won't bother.

 

Made one minor change to the 430 and 430 spider boot logos. If you want to update, feel free or use the old one.

In case anyone needs some help on routing the rearview camera cable from the headunit going through the firewall. My car is a 1999 model 360 but should be very similar for other years.

 

Is there anywhere else other walmart that sells this CP-71W unit? I tried amazon but no luck and walmart will not ship outside USA. I'm located in HK.

 

I'm in Australia and have the same problem, so I'm thinking of using a parcel forwarding service (Stackry looks promising). Could anyone tell me please the dimensions of the box the Power Acoustik head unit is shipped in by Walmart and the total weight. Thanks in advance.
