When your coworkers could be your kids and/or you realize they weren't born yet when you got out of school.

The crossover happens not later than when one asks the question.

 

After additional thought, it’s when one starts regretting which cars one didn’t buy in the past rather than looking forwards to the cars one will be buying in the future

I originally replied “When the girls you used to hit in at the bar start calling you Sir.”

But I’ll add when you start saying “These days if I’m not in bed by 11:00 I just go home.”

I say 60, feel young, but body doesn't recover and odd aches and pains and you start thinking of how many years left quality life, which I never did before 60. Enjoy the ride you young punks!

 

@TexasForever--Age 70 is not old, and you will know it when you get there, so long as your health is good. I am 73 and just got back from Maranello and lapping Fiorano. In my mind I am 36. Waiting on delivery of my new 296. Enjoy life and don't worry about trivia.

 

Thanks, I'm getting close to turning the page on 72. I've got one last boat anchor to pull up (my house in Pensacola) and then I'll be a freebird.

Ps 30-40-50-60 didn't bother me. But 70 hit me. My dad died at 70.

 

To an 19 year old who just finished their first year of college, 36 is old.
Glad you are enjoying life to its fullest while the body and mind still allows it!

 

Im glad you are enjoying life and dont see yourself as old, but youre still old. Age is real. Its science. Its not subjective.

Very true. Getting old is not hard. Feeling old is. I turned 51 this year. The key to living is exercise. There is nothing better you can do for yourself than that…..
