I would like to get some opinions. I have a challenge Stradale and it’s due for a full service including belts. I’m looking for the best service experience. I’m looking for honest and good attention to detail. Who has experience with LA Ferrari or Ferrari Southbay? Which service center is better?

Very happy with Ferrari South Bay, they've taken care of all my cavallinos

Used service advisor Chris Bour - he's a rockstar

If you go with South Bay, he'll take care of you... tell him Sammy says hi!

Absolutely Scott, hands down. I had my cars serviced by Newport which was disgusting to me, Southbay was just what I would expect from a dealership of marquee at this level, but Scott at BH is just another level. Diligent, professional and personal. I trust him with all my cars.

The only think I don't like about FBH service is all the cars are parked outside...just sits outside til its ready to go in.
