    Hello

Just playing with the idea of swapping my 360 for a 575 with HGTC package.

As I want to avoid any huge expenses related to maintenance.

What is the life expectancy of the CS brakes? As i understand these do not last the lifetime of the car as someone believe.
Can the CS easily be swapped for steel rotors if buying new calipers or are there more components to be replaced??

What is the expected clutch life on these cars. Car in question has done 50k km.

I know the the questions are a bit like giving an answer to how long a rope is, but any views are welcome

Martin, are you planning to drive your 575 on race tracks often? If so, will they be 'touring' laps or will you be driving quickly, if not actually racing?

No racing at all. Only spirited drives along the countryside and some driving around town.

Clutch system / technology is effectively the same as 360 so treat it the same and it should last the same

Clutches last depending on use. Treat it like an automatic and it will last 10k miles. Drive competently and not do constant hill start/stops, 25-50k miles easy.

HGTC Carbon brakes are the same brakes (with very minor tweak regarding leading vs trailer caliper mounting on the rears, but otherwise same piston sizes/rotor diameters/brake bias) as the 599 Carbon brakes. As the 599 and 575 are comparable in weight, they should last just as long as the 599 carbon brakes last...which is a while assume not abused
