Thanks! That makes sense, and to clarify I didn’t want to give them impression you were snubbing a higher mileage vehicle (sorry if it looked that way), I’m just trying to understand the viewpoints and experiences that I encounter when going through the forum.

Looking at FFs in the UK, most are around the 25-30k mile mark.

i’m a brit in south florida . I’m not sure what the pricings are currently over that side of the pond, Having driven both the Lusso, imho is a great upgrade from the FF. With depreciation being one of the highest costs of these vehicles, if you can snag a Lusso even with higher miles, I think it be appreciated for what it was and the ridiculous pricings on the Puro, You may find that the depreciation curve is pretty flat at worst, Which is a big win! I was late to the game, getting a Lusso just simply by oversight, And I think that this model in particular is going to be viewed in a much more appreciative light in the years to come

Although I haven’t test rid either yet, I wouldn’t doubt the V12 Lusso is an improved driving/owning experience over the FF.

However the V12 Lusso is at least an extra £50k more than the FF, which puts in beyond my price range for now. The FFs range from £90-110k asking price.

100% agree with the Lusso being an improvement on the FF , I chose the FF purely on shape, there both wonderful cars.

For a first Ferrari, I’m sure an FF will be more than fulfilling. I have been in the FF as a passenger and recall power as I was sucked back to the seat as the car accelerated away.

And I’ll have something to look forward to upgrading to :)

I just put my GTC4Lusso T up for sale, but it's not because I don't love it. I think it's one of the best all-around cars out there. It's a luxury car when you want to cruise along, and it's a sports car when you want that experience.

Thank you very much for your post and offer. Gone for most of the summer but interested in driving the V12 if possible in a few months (to compare with V8).

Hi, new here, another Brit in S Florida, I have driven 2 Lusso V8's and seriously looking to add a Lusso to the garage. Seems like I should be considering the V12 after reading as much as I can here on F Chat. I was initially scared off by the PTU issues, so looked at the T as a safe alternative, but ????

We also went for a preowned 2014 FF (after regretting the sale of our 2012 FF). Honestly prefer the simpler exterior styling to the Lusso, but the Lusso has a better interior.

Redid the entire audio system plus built-in radar detection and laser jamming (legal where we live) for $20K. We do buy the extended warranty on that car only.

Zero regrets. Very practical car that serves as my DD. The V12 puts a big smile on my face every morning! Good luck with your decision!
