Verde Francesca use to cost 22k because it's a 2 layer So, I ordered it on my 296 Atelier Once I got the quote spreadsheet it showed up as a 33k

Was this atelier session done in Maranello or elsewhere ?

 

I think you already commented on the other thread, but "2 layer" was $37,000 on mine delivered last month. Another member said his 4 layer was in the low 40ks now.

 

My 3 layer was $39,400.

 

Even Porsche wants $1,500.00 for Guards Red paint after years and years of giving it away for FREE. Only black and white are left as standard colors. More ambitious colors now like 'Paint to Sample Plus' is $31,000.00 so Ferrari is not alone on upping paint costs.

 

In the US it seems dealers get to play with pricing of options. In other markets it seems to be more consistent . They may do this as demand is there to outstrip supply . This is proven from longer wait times as the US production fights with both European and Chinese demand for LHD vehicles. RHD seem to have shorter times from order to production when you review multiple threads here.

 

Again this seems to be US specific , other markets do not have such high loading

This was done at the Atelier in New York team via Zoom as I couldn’t travel there on the day of my appointment.

 

The dealer does not determine option prices.

 

When you sign the final doe. in other markets it is a done deal , no further price revisions, no surprises .

 

As noted it's Ferrari, not the dealer, but you're right that the final final price is not given to you until the car is at the dealer pending delivery. They can change it significantly from the sales contract, "lock in" "no refunds" point of the order.

Options recently underwent an adjustment for the 2025 model year cars. Think my 4 layer was around 32K/33K and now it's $39.4K. Most liveries are $24,203. Reach out if you want more.

Special 4 layer: $39,400
Matte Special: $45,000

Thank you for the details. I chuckled a little bit when I saw the price for the paint to match and was wondering how they decided to add $99 to already hefty $65,000 price, lol.
