Buy the best 612 OTO you can find. For reasons I don’t understand, they are the best deal out there for a Ferrari!

I'm a little delinquent on it for sure. Haven't started taking it apart just yet, so it's been pretty quiet so far for me. Drive the car whenever I can, which is sadly never often enough. April through August is always balls to the wall for me and I just have to work it in. There's always a puddle of something under it so still getting my confidence up and nerves cool. First coolant, now appears to be water that I'm not sure where it's coming from (thinking condensate hose is draining into the pan and pooling). But if I could get confident in notorious oil hogs like a RX-8 and S3, I'll get confident in this too.

My new to me 575M should be delivered next week or so. I was still on the fence between the F430 or 550/575M til another birthday appeared on my calendar and I decided to make sure the V12 Ferrari item was checked off on my bucket list.
I’ll keep the Maserati for now.
Pictures and details of 575M to follow when it arrives.

My recent 550 hassles has taught me I don’t have the personal bandwidth to deal with two exotics….but if I were in the PACNW I wanted to look at that white 456….

I want someone to buy that so I can stop obsessing over it…..

That white 456M car is just so perfect. If it came up during my hunt I would have snatched it up sight unseen. I would remove the stripe though.

I also hate that it is still for sale and also hope somebody buys it. I notice it also has the pedal kit and this…

My wife, kids and I are doing a cruise to Alaska this summer out of Seattle and I already threatened her that if it’s available when we leave from Seattle I’m going in person to low ball it.

Fingers crossed its sold by then.

Pictures still coming if the rain ever stops. But a quick one week comparison between the 575M and the Maserati GT. I don't think they're the same at all, its like comparing a Corvette to a Camaro. The 575M is like 3/4 or maybe 7/8 scale of the GT. It feels like and does have more power, its way more engaging, but work to drive. When driving the Maserati its like any other automatic transmission car except for the great exhaust note. The 575M needs my constant attention, hopefully remembering to pull the paddle when the light turns green will eventually become second nature. Sitting lower by a few inches makes a big difference in how the car feel too. I have a long ways and many miles to go before a final opinion on the merits of keeping both.

Interesting thoughts. I have a 550, my friend wants a GT. I'm trying to talk him into a 550, but we will both be interested in your comparisons.
