I don't recall MSC being bad on starts. I swear he created the move to aim the car so he cut in front of his competitor and had the preferred line for T1. I also remember in his time with Mercedes was a demon on the starts. He made up the most places in the first lap. Mind you he started 12th half the time, but still.
Both Ferrari drivers are absent too. They are the 4th fastest team currently going into the summer break even though Ferrari is currently 3rd in the WCC standings.
