Don’t tell Ferrari that. It’s actually a 458 Speciale A. https://www.ferrari.com/en-EN/auto/458-speciale-a Kind of hard to argue the name that the company actually calls it.

Agreed. It’s like when your Uber driver tells you he has bought lithium stocks. That was the time to sell.
It's not a stock to be traded. It's a car to be enjoyed. If that doesn't resonate, you'd be well advised not to own one.
what if ones enjoyment comes solely from looking at it and appreciating it, while it appreciates? lol hypothetically of course
I was once told: "Cars are like women, they don't appreciate." Rare exceptions in both regards, of course.
My SO always says "There are two types of successful guys.....the ones who have one car and many women, and the ones with one woman but many cars." shes happy I'm the latter. your quote reminded me of that one.
Same. It’s a remarkable woman that can keep me happy. Over 26 years of pure bliss. I wish a single car could light my fire the same way,
Of those 8: only 2 have <5k miles, 1 had full repaint, 1 had engine replaced, 1 had collision not reported on Carfax. Down to the bottom of the barrel.
I sold mine a year ago, and certainly miss it. At the same time, my $505k is now $671k by buying a run of the mill S&P 500 index. These cars are not investments. Looks like there is a drivers car now, in launch spec! First time I've seen an 18k mile car. Seems a little overpriced to me, but with not much out there, why not ask for it. https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicle/727663559
