    Hi guys,

have a 15 spider with 8k miles. Car drives perfect. I notice that when lower in the rev range, 3-5k, at 70%+ throttle, the shifts are almost jarring. Much smoother higher up. Car shifts normally and smoothly under all other circumstances, just at high throttle, lower revs, it’s prettt harsh.

Is this normal? Anyone have a similar experience?

  2. Normal.

It's meant to be driven hard, especially in race mode.

This is a Ferrari. Not a Bentley.

Here is the trick. Test it in race mode going from 1st to 2nd gear. The only way to get 1st gear to shift to 2nd smoothly is to accelerate harder while shifting-press the throttle pedal down more while shifting. The dct is fastest and smoothest when you up shift while adding more throttle. Don’t do this downshifting, this is just for upshifts.
