I TRIED to listen to some of his podcasts maybe 8-9 months ago, and the guy is a full bloomin' idiot, he has a decent platform and goes on into useless never-ending drivel...
I wonder where he sent it. Italy is a big place. The factory would not know a Countach if it parked in front.
Farrah sent it along to the motherland as content creator click bait. Zero reason to do that. I don't watch his stuff but his clicking fans will probably eat it up.
Maybe. His states reason is that is where John Temerian from Curated sends his work. At least from 1000ft, it does seem like Temerian has a lot of these done and it's probably not the worst idea to follow his lead. I have friends from Europe who ship things back to be worked on because, they claim, it is cheaper than having work done here. Never seen the numbers, but they're intelligent folks.
Hoping that this may help anyone that had a vehicle secured by the LA County Sheriff Department that did an absolutely spectacular job making sure that the vehicles in multiple hangers will not continue to get disassembled as many where (Even after Donnie has been in Arizona). Please contact the Lancaster station for LASD and provide them with ownership documents. Multiple vehicles recovered that had been listed as stolen. Please be sure to thank Law Enforcement when you call. Had this continued, who knows what would be left, if anything.
Who the hell was able to access, let alone disassemble other people’s cars? Wasn’t that place locked down as evidence? This is shocking to read. I can’t imagine the justifiable rage those who have cars stuck in there are experiencing. Seems like more people than just Donnie should be swinging from ropes. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I predicted a few pages back that the longer cars were there, the more parts would go on a walkabout Now the stolen cars thing is interesting…..are they actually stolen or did the owners who willingly handed over the keys to Donnie just report them as stolen?
Meanwhile Matt Farah's TheSmokingTire seems to be "smoking". He hasn't had a 1M video in 4 years and most were 10 years ago. Most recent videos struggle to get even 100k views, the CyberTruck video did get 700k. Maybe he should do some more Donnie is awesome videos. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Donnie didn't have a real licensed shop or business so I wonder how all this goes down. How can cars still be there almost 6 months after Donnie got arrested? I wonder who's been paying the rent for all the hangers? Seems like its getting worse by the day.
He has gotten a bit smug and unlikable. I've also seen some politics creep into his videos. And his hatred of Tesla isn't helping him... That's a big group of people who watch YouTube... And you are pissing them off. Then you have his comments about musk which seems to have gotten even worse now that musk is pinned with a certain political party. It's just a good way to turn alot of people off. There is so much great content out there why give someone time that dislikes the things you like.and does it mean spiritedly. I do enjoy when he just talks about cars. He did a good interview with James May the other day and when he gets with doing demuro they are really fun to listen to.
It is likely still seen as an active crime scene (cars are still there for various reasons) with continuing investigation so the owner can’t re-rent, evict, nor do anything in general until all this is over. Doubt they’re seeing any rent at all.
Used to be a big fan, even offered him an opportunity to review my car, but now I cringe whenever I see him. He was on a Curated video recently and had to fast forward through his parts.
Donnie boy is still in jail on the soap program. Awaiting trial which is scheduled for December He is not out on bail due to not being unable to afford it. He does not want to take the guilty plea which is 9-years
