    Decided for Sunday night dinner to get some St Helen’s Tassie oysters (large ones) which are a little bit more briny but still sweet and 1/2 dozen Sydney Rock oysters which are smaller but sweeter and creamier, and Sea Urchin Roe. This delicacy has a creamy texture with a slightly seawater taste, served them with BBQ Queensland prawns from our local fishmonger and course I had to make the usual mixed salad. Complimented it all with Prosecco Rose’(Italian sparkling) and Chinotto. Cheers Image Unavailable, Please Login

    Not the best picture but it's grilled swordfish over lemon rice and Japanese style green beans topped with green caviar, pickled ginger, wasabi and local microgreens, sitting on a gochujang based sauce. Mac and Jack's African Amber on the side.

    Porterhouse, sous vide to 125F and seared on the Kamado Joe. Just some finishing salt for seasoning, all it needed. Grilled asparagus, marinated with olive oil and balsamic, topped with Parmesan. Decent bottle of CdP. Who needs carbs?

    Peaches!! Watched Chris Bianco eat peaches from a bowl of ice water on Chef's table. He talked about the experience on the show....dunk them in a bowl of really cold ice water for an hour before dinner...have as dessert. Pretty tasty that way....
