ACO has a long, long history of helping French teams/manufacturers too

Absolutely !! They are very devious, that's nothing new !

I was flabberghasted when the FIA gave the endurance organisation rights for the WEC to the ACO.

Well, ACO of course has helped Porsche and the other LMDhs, they were nowhere last year. I think ACO won´t make the same mistake again, they owe a lot to Toyota and still haven´t paid.

Do you mean that the BoP was applied this year to equalise chances between LMHs and LMDhs ?
Well, they are supposed to do that: it's in the rules !
In 2023, bar Le Mans (as I explained) Toyota dominated the season.
This year, so far we have 4 LMH wins (Toyota and Ferrari 2 each), and 3 Porsche wins (LMDH).
What is there to complain ?

Yeah, equalized like in Qatar, where the world champion Toyota was suddenly one lap down.
