Gotta reread the manual and remind myself what they are for! Image Unavailable, Please Login T
Hi Paul! It's been a wet spring thus far down here, so I was more worried about getting stuck in the muck![emoji2] T
I was afraid of a prairie fire! So who are the Boys drafting? For the Pats it's up in the air, Drake Maye, JJ McCarthy or trade down???
Usual Texas summer. Highs in the 100s F, upper 30s for fans of Celsius. But, the mornings have been cool, especially once you escape DFW's "heat island." No one out except me and this soon to be passed dually. Image Unavailable, Please Login Thisclose to our first temp in the 60s for several months! Image Unavailable, Please Login T
Image Unavailable, Please Login A temp in the 50s. Then it was gone like a mirage. Back to upper 90s. Here's hoping for a nice long fall driving season.
Keep it up pilgrim. I hit 62,000 when I reached Wisconsin for the FCA Annual Experience. I just passed 63,000 on my way back in the 612! Image Unavailable, Please Login
No, unlike Paul, our Cali is now mostly a point A to point A car. Get up early when the roads are empty. Took it to our friends house, about 200 miles was the longest trip in a while...T
It's just getting to prime driving season here with the summer heat almost over. Wishing you an early spring! T
Thank you. The Cali has been a great car. In my biased opinion, it's a great first car for anyone thinking about getting into the Ferrari game...T
The FF just turned 26,000. I bought it almost 5 years ago at 13,000. This summer I drove it so little that I never changed over the snow tires. Ironically our plan is to drive it to Asheville for Christmas and then onto Nashville for New Years. I have until mid-November to cancel our Biltmore reservation. Hopefully things will recover enough so that we can go there. We really want to do it to support the hotel and restaurant workers. I'll support all the bar staff and my wife will support all the shoe and clothing stores!
Hypermiling in your Ferrari? Apparently, it can be done! Got it up to 441 miles using cruise control at the speed limit. It's somewhat comforting to know I could make it 2/3rds of the way to El Paso on a single tank if the unlikely situation ever presented itself! T Image Unavailable, Please Login
Haha. It's awesome! I got a 2011 Yaris lift back. Between a few lessons from my wife, a million YouTube videos, and early morning practice drives, I am now almost semi-proficient and only a minor terror on the backroads of Dallas. Took it in to the dealership for new tires, and they had to get one of the old timers from out back to move it into the service bay. None of the youngsters knew how to drive a manual! T
Image Unavailable, Please Login Driving to yoga in style! Enough room in the boot for yoga gear for the wife and I! Image Unavailable, Please Login This was a few weeks ago. Went through a cold - for Dallas - spell. Between work, travel and weather, went a month with the Cali undriven. A long time for us. So, I took it out on a cold, but dry and sunny morning. Started right up. Doddled around. It was fine once the tire temps got into the 60s...T
