You have to rub it in huh Didn't feel as much sorrow and regret selling my first tdf, Speciale is by far the better driver's car, it is probably the *best* driver's car I've ever experienced, the chassis power adjustability/control makes the car feel like a glove around your hand, whereas tdf is the iron fist in a velvet glove But don't worry my next Ferrari will be a tdf, and hopefully in a better spec as I prefer tdf stripe-less
My string of 9 Strads in the years 2004-09 have always been my favourite rigs, but this certainly is the proper culmination of NA 8's. And better looking than my Scuds which I Ioved second best. The seats are less perfect than Strad/Scud seats, the best racing seats ever [even better than PORSCHE ROW], but I'm fused C2-L5 so my perspective is unusual. No room to argue elsewhere. Certainly a better rig than my Pista, both design wise and NA wise, not as fast but who cares; I have back country desert 2 lane good for 120-165 mph, Speciale gets it done. I often contemplate almost depressingly if Ferrari will ever make a car like the Speciale again, but selfishly as an owner maybe I'm happy it's not likely... One of the best ever, if not the best.. huge congrats
@watt we need interior photos too please! ;-) Huge congrats.... yes I agree who cares that is not the fastest....like fastest at what though? I just saw a CarWow video they just published of a 458 Speciale drag race an Audio RS7 and S3 and got beat by a lot from the R7 and about even with the S3.... still I'd take the Speciale or a 458 Italia any day. It was a weird car pairing for sure.
Speed is overrated… none of us actually use it for more than 3 seconds at a time…. It’s the combination of everything that matters. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat

It would be a dream to take my Speciale to your neck of the woods and explore one day! Having that machine in the Rockies must be heaven
haha, life is good everywhere when you've almost lost it more than once! Sam, any time - Mr Speciale Mileage King - come by good petrol, open garage, big flat above our barn. Close mountain roads [25 miles to famous 300 mile loop] good, highest speed invisibility is nearby states.....
I recall there was a Ferrari version of the Abarth, is that one of them? Special CF seats, interior, etc.
Yes, there is. It has "Tributo to Ferrari" badge with CF interior trims, exterior available in Rosso corsa and Modena only, correct me if I'm wrong. Mine is a standard convertible 695 competizione with CF seats
After a long line of PORSCHE [69 of them] and a few [maybe 30] Ferrari, this is my favourite car in my entire life. Image Unavailable, Please Login
