Mine are not for sale but I can get you a copy made if u pay for costs. Not sure qhat the copier will charge. Shipping probably 30 USD . I will have a look if I have it on a disc as I recall printing it off a soft copy.

Hi guys, will send a copy over later today. I'd do it now, but my employer's IT systems get very unhappy when I use file transfer services, so I'll do it when home later.
