There is a process to introducing a new award. If we did it every time an idea came up dinner would not be over until 8 am and several are on the table right now.
As a practical matter it means replacing an existing award. You would be several down the list

    Yes, I have.
I look at it and the numbers never get better, however.

It is my understanding that you have to specifically ask for it.

    Best regards,

A few of the judges are in areas hit by the storms and so some are delayed. Leslie is staying on top of it. No one has been forgotten. Sorry for any delays.

    Hey Dwayne,

I would recommend you go ahead and look at the results. While it will not change the outcome it does give you a good look at the detail which the judges found lacking this time. Whether it would be worth it to you to have the shortfalls attended to or not is totally up to you. Some concours deficiencies may not be worth the time, energy or cost to correct. Also this was the result of this specific judging event, with all the current defects corrected does not mean that at the next event with different judges that something else may crop up. I was in the relatively unique position to have a 100 point car for many years in the eyes of 18 different IAC/PFA qualified judges. But frankly my time on various tracks and the opportunities to tell folks about the car's fascinating history were more important to me than the numerous platinos. I also can't overstate the importance of the personal friendships I have formed over the past many Ferrari events which I have attended.

    Best regards,

    Robert

Leslie has replied to me and my class judge is working on it thank you.
I just didn't remember having to ask for the score sheet when we went to Watkins Glen a few years back or maybe because we received the Oro award? But to think we did'nt even recieve the Argento just has me wondering how we have gone down when we have made improvement's from then. I know different shows different judges. The car was entered in my Fathers name Wayne who has owned the car since 74 and is a fifty year member. My Father and I had a great time at the event and the conversation's were priceless.

Requests have always been required. I asked and she just received the request yesterday. It has been passed on.

Does anyone know how to contact the professional photographers for the Annual Meet? I received a Platino Award and would like to have a copy of the photo they took. Thanks!

I see they are selling the Daytona Comp already. It is going up for auction :( Still think it would look better in 1975 Daytona 24hrs Interscope colors.

I saw Hugh Ruthven yesterday in Crystal Lake near Chicago yesterday at the Alfa National convention with his Alfa Giulietta. He moved out east and will be at this years Ferrari meet also.
