^ looks amazing but ditching those Taycan wheels for solid black ones would make it look even better. Also, not a fan of yellow calipers on red cars. Black would suit it better and be more motorsportish.
If you hear A BB512, a 308, a 328, a 348, a Testarossa and a 575 with the stock exhaust from some distance you will hear even less. But mufflers are not welded to the chassis... Ciao
I have never been a "wing guy." I have to say the wing on F80 looks great. Looks very integrated with the whole body. Purposeful and form fitting for the car.
It's almost... Almost as if they have to comply with EU regulations... Incredible right? I mean why didn't Ferrari just take the cars off like a ****** Aventador owner and Rev the piss out of it in a parking lot? That's what really matters.
Question for the future owners. Frankly the matte carbon finish inside the cockpit looks pretty cheap on pictures, does glossy carbon fiber will be available as an option ?
this monstrosity reinforces my opinion that Ferrari design is dead since the split with Pininfarina ... that thing is ugly as sin
Side angle is better (still not to La Ferrari standards). Car looks better over all in the wild. W1 looks better still, and asume it too will look better in the wild.
The F80 may not be perfect however looks like a supermodel compared to the aborted fetus W1. McLaren can’t produce a good looking car if there was a gun to their head.
No outrage due to the fact that no one really cares about the ONE when the Valkyrie was a rival to it. The ONE is ugly and it has an F1 "V6" oh and it's not a Ferrari as well. High expectations are always around for historical brands or sports team like Ferrari. Ferrari is like Real Madrid in terms of football and Mercedes is similar to the likes of Man City(soulless). The moment you fail in terms of fans' expectations you will be crucified. The problem with the F80 is that the design is mediocre(although I haven't find it as ugly as the sf90) and it uses a "V6". Yes some might forgive that "V6 "because it's not engineless but you guys have to be real here it doesn't sound good for a hypercar. Despite these aero and electronic advancements is it really justified that the car should cost around 3M EUR? I don't think so. I am going to reiterate it again while I together with some fans do not find the F80 ugly, it's just mediocre. Sometimes I just find hybrid hypercars weaker compared to lightweight pure ICE hypercars. Why? Because it needs some electrification to make it powerful but heavy(I am just whining on this part, I cannot comprehend the horsepower games from these brands anymore); can't they just put the weight down and create a powerful compact 8+cyl engine like Cosworth? I mean it is Ferrari we are talking about, Ferrari are selling overpriced cars these days I am pretty much sure that they have the financial and technical means to produce a bespoke engine for a once in a decade halo car.
Neither design is graceful, but F80 looks looks like Whirpool appliance designers were involved in the design. Look at the tail lights, a straight line. How can you get any personality or emotion from a straight line? F80 looks better in the videos, but W1 is better over all.
I agree with the aborted fetus look of the W1. The company recycles the 720S headlight and pastes it to both the Artura and W1
With Pininfarina now owned by India's Mahindra and no longer designing for Ferrari, with hybrid, V6 and video games gadgetry I'm really happy that I can't afford any of the latest Ferrari products so I can stay with the normally aspirated older V8 cars with manual transmissions.
Tourbillon is nice, just wish they would have continued to make it a hyper gt instead of making it like a hypercar. Hypercar segment is crowded.
