    Capital Grill . Bone in Rib eye ....THEY PUT BALSAMIC VINEGAR ON IT !! YUUUK ....traded with the wife for her lamb chomps ....which where good. Honestly it was the chef special and didn't read the fine print....Man it was horrible and not cheap ..oh well, lesson learned ..

    Pizza dough ball
    Sauce
    Pecorino
    Mozzarella
    Toppings
    Olive oil

    oil up pan including the edges
    Press your dough into the pan
    Add sauce pecorino mozzarella and toppings
    In oven at 500 for approx 20 mins
    Remove and put on stove top with burner on high to finish crust

    remove and put on a rack ( not a cutting board)
    Let cool for 5-10 mins

    cut and enjoy!!

    Balsamic vinegar on steak?!! Blech!

    Driving in Oklahoma and stumbled across some hole in the wall Mexican place. Great food. Beef enchiladas. Spicy!

    Tried kare-kare again. This time I skipped ox tail. Somewhere along the line, the price of ox tail skyrocketed! I figured why pay so much for the back end of a cow when for almost the same price, I could use chuck roast? Much quicker too.
