Pizza dough ball Sauce Pecorino Mozzarella Toppings Olive oil oil up pan including the edges Press your dough into the pan Add sauce pecorino mozzarella and toppings In oven at 500 for approx 20 mins Remove and put on stove top with burner on high to finish crust remove and put on a rack ( not a cutting board) Let cool for 5-10 mins cut and enjoy!!
