How about when the drivers are of equal ability? Like for like is when all things are equal that’s the correct comparison, of course less competent drivers are slower than more competent ones that says more about the driver not about the cars.

Does too much for you, what an idiotical statement, try Quali mode, TC Off and come back here to report your findings. Go drive an SF90 then come back and comment, what’s the point talking about something you haven’t experienced yourself that’s like asking your best friend to sleep with your crush and tell you how it was.

    Take a deep breath.

Read all my comments and take them in context. I was clearly stating what I have read. My main point is that drag racing these cars are pointless and everything is super fast in a straight line at this point. I don't like the way the car looks so what's left is how it drives. You and the other dude apparently have a lot of seat time and say that is a great experience. I'm glad to hear that and hope to get some seat time.

You SF90 guys may be more sensitive then 458 guys!!!!

Love drag and track racing - who buys a 1000 hp car and doesn't.
You and others sometimes don't get it - owners don't want to come here and battle a bunch of screen names. I will guarantee you not one long term F car owner cares about depreciation or if their Ferrari is not the fastest.

They care about one thing above all - how often they can grab the key to a Ferrari sitting in the garage.

    Are you a yoga instructor?

I actually agree with you that drag racing is pointless and not an accurate measuring stick but it is entertaining and those who enjoy statistics always love to know the results.

The most irritating thing for me are misinformed people without any first hand experience who perpetuate misinformation just like you have done, unfortunately people looking for accurate information are being misled by comments and when they come from Ferrari owners those opinion carry some sort of weight, now I trust nobody, no journalists no other owners, no SA, literally nobody until I experience it myself hands on, I listen to people but I take their comments with a grain of salt.

Unfortunately misinformation could lead to people forgoing what it could possibly be the best thing for them, they might end up loving it but they end up being talked out of it by people with some sort of an agenda which is completely silly, I understand commenting on aesthetics because that’s visual but anything else if you haven’t had your ass in the car for a prolonged period of time in various conditions and situations not just a lap around the block from your dealership in 1st gear I really do not want to hear from you, and since most can not help themselves throwing in their two cents I would rather not listen to them but as I said those commentators can and do mislead people who are genuinely looking for information.

BTW it is not “you SF90 guys” I am not an SF90 guy I have 14 cars from 5 different brands I am not a Ferrari apologist etc. Having said that the SF90 is an absolutely phenomenal car for myself, I am currently enjoying in on some fantastic New Zealand Alpine roads and having a great time with a bunch of other Ferrari guys.

As I said go and drive one then figure out for yourself if it’s a heap of **** or an amazing car.

You need a deep breath too. I don't like the way the car looks and I think bragging over drag times is dumb. I've questioned whether the car is even fun to drive and you and others report that it is. I also agree with you a test drive does very little. I almost feel you don't know a car until you put a couple thousand miles on it.

BTW I've driven a big chunk of the South Island so I'm a bit jealous of you get to drive an F-car there. Good work!

I honestly don’t know which car I find more impressive. On one hand, the SF90 is nominally faster than the Revuelto despite being a 5 year older car (and tech). On the other hand, the Revuelto more than holds its own despite giving up 500lbs. In the end, the Revuelto has a NA V12 and there’s something to be said for that. Of course, straight line speed is much different animal than competing on a circuit. We all know how that would go. Both these cars are extraordinary.

765, 296, SF90, Rev…they’re all so close and so fast now it’s almost past the point of relevance. Buying choices now are simply feeling, aesthetic preference, etc.

I've said that for a few years now. At this point it's more about what you prefer.

The Revuelto has more of the wow factor but the SF is a better performer. Can't go wrong either way, just a matter of personal preference.

I know. But I just learned that installing Gintani is non reversible. The sound under load is pure orgasmic. No pun intended.
