    This!!!!!:

the skill and talent that it took to achieve what transpired yesterday. It was simply on another level that we have seen twice by this remarkable man given the circumstances.

Max setting fastest lap after lap after lap like nobodies business in the wet. No one could touch him.

Max was THE winner! I was happy for Alpine and their two drivers. They needed this as a boost to everyone who has been working under a terrible cloud. Ferrari, had a simply bad weekend. How much weather or bad judgement was the cause we will never know. Ferrari must be watching Hamilton and seriously wondering if they made a bad choice.

Yeah it was a entirely different vibe in the cool down room. Great to see those two smiling for a change. They earned it.

Ocon and Gasly after the race were great too. They had a really nice interview on viaplay. It's no secret that they are far from best friends but seems something really nice came from this result yesterday. Those two driving side by side on the inlap was really nice to see.

I'm not a cheerleader for Max, but that was an EPIC drive. Most drivers couldn't get past a car or two. Like him or not, hes on another level. Honest racing

Winning is one thing, but winning by 19 seconds, and he had only about 25 laps to do it in?

Just luck... no talent. Riiiiiiiiigggggggggghhhhhhhhhht Lando... Right. When Lando can hold a pole position, win on his own, and not break under pressure... than he can start the smack talk.

I'm still quite surprised everyone everywhere just let the Sprint VSC issue go away without much comment. I'm not a conspiracy theorist per se, but that kind of stuff just doesn't help. But looking to Vega, I'm curious how this will play out. Lando seems pretty fragile so I'm wondering how he responds this next race. After one of the most epic romp and stomps in the modern F1 era, I'm hoping Lando recovers mentally. He seemed pretty broken which I think led to some of the comments he made. I'm hoping both him and Max are just out for blood on Sunday and keep it clean and race hard. Also hoping that he doesn't need to be given another win or place on the grid.

Lando is out of the running. Max needs to DNF twice for Lando to have a chance. I don’t see the need for team orders in Vegas. McLaren need to concentrate on the WCC now.

Both Norris and McLaren made too many mistakes and lost good opportunties this season to take the WDC.
McLaren had probably the best car during the second part of the season, and benefited also from Piastry contribution to clinch (probably) the WCC though. Having 2 talented drivers was a big help.
Years ago, Ron Dennis said that a customer team would never win a championship. This year proves him wrong !

It's pretty sad to think how little Perez needed to really do for RB to get the Constructors. His points haul was not pathetic... barely in the top 10 I think.... certainly less than half of Verstappen. Hey just need to be sort of good... and couldn't even manage that. They should replace him now... the ship has sailed and at least RB could have a few races to evaluate someone else. No harm could be done at this point. He can barely break the top 10... can't even pass mid-level cars and drivers.

Perez' form literally collapsed this season: mistakes and bad performances in many races.
He finished 2nd last year, but he has lost his mojo and is only 8th at the moment.
All year Red Bull have been hesitant about replacing him; that will cost them the WCC.

Yeah I don't see ANY downside to ****canning him right now and letting another prospect get evaluated these last races.

Maybe the sponsorship attached to Perez could be at risk if he was ditched before the end of his contract?
But there is a possiblility that Red Bull loses more money in the WCC money redistribution than the sponsorship Perez brings.

It is a simple calculation. Perez is still there because he brings in more money than RBR will lose(due to his poor performance) in WCC money.
