Visited the Basel dealership in my eu trip and they had a couple brand new shieldless 296 in unique colors. Prugna met, blue le man and I forgot the flat military green color name. Prugna is really nice and something I will consider in the future. It costs same as Rosso imola. Not as shouty as the reds. They had so many shieldless cars incl 2x 488 pista and some 812. Their color wall game is on point too, my dealer only have 12 of them
Pics of my car in my eu trip. Drove from Uk to the factory and back. Over 7000km and I collected my car less than a month ago. Sadly had issue with the walk away lock, someone broke in when staying near Milan and stole the options plaque and my dashcam as card which has most my trip clips. Fortunately no other damage. I guess it’s an achievement thing for thieves? Cause you can’t really sell that. Hope it doesn’t cost ridiculous money to replace. Loving these two 296 models that were done with Ferrari Atelier, paying tribute to cars that were driven by Peter Schetty and Arturo Merzario in the 1970s: https://rossoautomobili.com/blogs/magazine/two-iconic-race-cars-inspired-these-tailor-made-ferrari-296-models
It looks great….and honestly can’t beat a classic like this or Rosso Corsa. I have a similar spec route as well. Same color but I went gloss black wheels. Otherwise the same. Love the look
Yes, Ferrari of Austin had one in that color and I could not believe how amazing the build combo looked. What a cool color in person.
this is epic!… well done!… any thoughts observations? You are probably one of the highest mileage users … my GTS is only 3k miles but has been driven “briskly”
