    Be mindful of your material selection. Carbon is conductive. Maybe not in the amount in the reinforcement to make a difference, but check your material specs for conductivity.

    I again APPLAUD your effort - and your approach.

    You did the work for an admittedly very small market - shows your passion and I agree you should keep it close to your vest and not send out the STL file.

    Understood, it was just a thought and, as someone else pointed out the CF infused filament might be inappropriate due to conductivity. Again, very impressive job you did, I've been struggling to learn one of the many CAD programs available and it's been tough for me for some reason.

    Thanks for your understanding.
    In order to design this fuse box, I disassembled the fuse box sold, checed the detail of its structire and measured it carefully. I also measured the original fuse box base as well. Using CAD software, I tried to reappear this structure. But I need to consider about the accuracy of my 3D-Printer. Even though, I designed in detail, the printer cannot reappear the shapes. Therefore, I did many try and error. Actually, it is also so hard to find suitable terminals to fit it. In order to finish as very compact size, I need to process fuse terminals manually.
    As somebody mentioned, when using ABS filament, it is quite easy to warping. It can be noticed after 10 hour printing.
    And so on...
    There are so many my efforts behind this work!
    Well, so, I am DIY mania. LoL in Japanese slung 'OTAKU'.

    Yes, you are right. If Carbon filament is conductive, it is not suitable material for fuse boxes.
