    Does anyone know

    A: If you can buy factory carbon paddles with the tricolor Italian flag stripes painted on the ends?

    B: If not, a reputable place that has a history of performing this hand painted mod?

    Those lines are clean and it looks like a pain in the ass to paint. Not sure anyone local is talented enough.

    :D. that is easy peesy. Take it to your local body shop and they can do it. There is absolutely nothing difficult about it. You're overthinking this.
