A large piece of the puzzle is finally in place. I’ve been waiting for this one as it legitimizes everything the car has been through.
The official Classiche Certification book is much more detailed with many pages - but here are a few select pics.
What I found very cool and surprising is how the second page documents the data of the original specification and then the current specification.
Amazing - many thanks to the fine folks in Italy!

McKenzie Bezos Re-divorced recently from Dan Jewett ,the crook, the thief who stole my place in her heart (The african marabout* I paid 600 euros did a wonderful job)

*Traditional west african wizard. In France you often have their flyers in your mail box. Their promises are pretty hilarious

I am therefore on track again to become her sugar teddy bear, and will maybe be able to purchase a 5,000,000 USD second hand LaFerrari Aperta

My question is, will Ferrari accept to re-spec it according to the process exposed in this thread, CONSIDERING the ultra-restrictive specification policy they had on this model

For a reminder, only Five colors were allowed

I'm usually not a fan of the liveries on existing LafA's

Regarding the LafA, your guess is as good as mine. On one hand, the colors and specs may have been limited for any reason. On the other hand, anything is possible! In my case, my dealer has been around for over 20 years and have the right connections within Classiche for them to make a special exemption to work on my car - since Classiche do not normally work on cars younger than 20 years.

Thx again for the compliments all! I’ve now taken this car to a few shows and have seen many pics on IG from attendees mostly taking them using a cell phone. This cars color, livery, and carbon combo is SO difficult to shoot accurately. But alas, only one young photog so far has done the car justice and I wanted share these pics here!

    Bravo - formula_zero_productions on IG - Stephan.
    please enjoy!

First of all, congratulations on this endeavour and on the outcome.
    Some questions:
    • The plaque wasn’t updated as an option or they refused to do so?
    • You mentioned that you could follow the progress on the app. Is the car description and options the same as before or has it been updated? For example if you had an optional the car didn’t have before, does it show on the app?

    TYVM!
1.) There were a few limitations through this Classiche service. The changing of the original plaque was one of them. I also could not choose the logos and Ferrari emblems in any color, only black or chrome were available. From what I recall, everything else was on the table. I believe what Classiche has done here was not to erase the existence of the original spec tied to the vin/chassis but instead document and show its transition.
2.) The app under configuration is still the original spec, but if I scroll further down, there are now new sections under photos listed as Ferrari Classiche Restoration. They are, Arriving at Ferrari Classiche, Painting specifications which shows all parts of the car completely taken apart for prep and paint, and Delivery which documents the car fully assembled in it’s new specification.

Oh what I would give to see this at a UW tailgate next to Lake Washington on a crisp, sunny, early fall day… Oh my gosh, can we please make it happen? This is the perfect Husky Ferrari. Never knew to even imagine such a thing. I’ve seen people spec out some cool shoes and old buses for tailgating, but never a TDF!?!? This is wild. With FoS in our back yard, are you also a Husky? But back to the tailgate… I’ll bring my FF and an extra parking pass for you, we can park them next to each other and watch not a single person pay any attention to mine!
