The screens on these cars have been known to fail. You don't state if you purchased from a dealer or privately, but either way I would be contacting them to discuss a replacement screen.

I bought it privately, and they state that the screen wasn’t that way when it left them!?!?

Does the whole cluster get replaced or just the screen?

any idea on cost? Or how hard it is to do it?

    thanks

Did you inspect the car before purchasing?

I went by the sellers word on condition se I’ve done business with them before! My fault for that! Looking for a DIY self fix!

if you were to replace the whole cluster is the mileage of the car stored in the ecu?

Replace screen. Mileage stored. No need to replace entire cluster. Typical Ferrari defect. Replaced mine twice. FAI in costa mesa may be able to help.

Would that be the reason why you can barely see out of the cameras also?

Most likely. Mine was white then black. When failing.

I had to mail cluster out there after removal. You probably ought to go to dealer. It is not a plug and play situation.

I was honest with my dealer that my right tft screen had intermittent issues. They deducted $$15k from the agreed trade in value. Not a cheap fix. Karma will come to your seller.

yikes..expensive lesson to learn. Always get a PPI (pre purchase inspection) from a dealer or an accredited Ferrari service shop. Sorry for you
