488 Phone partial connection

I am a new owner of a lovely 488 spider, still smiling. However I seem to be having some issues with my phone connection. I have an iphone 15 pro max and when it connects I have bluetooth music ok and satnav directions, but if get a phone call, I get no sound. I tried to delete the phone and reconnect it, but in doing that is seemed to then have music but no nav directions and still no phone. After restarting the car i have the nav back but still no phone. Seems a bit weird to me, how can only bits of the phone data be connected. The car show that bit music and phone are enabled.

Any thoughts, advice or solutions much appreciated

 

you mentioned sat/nav a few times. Do you mean you have the CarPlay option?

 

I've been an owner for >11 years, you will get used to Ferrari electronics, LOL!

 

no carply option, but if i use waze on my phone it gives the audible directions through the car

 

Had similar challenges with BT in my '17 488. Just plug in the cable vis the USB port in the center console. Problem solved
