My 488 keyfob rattles when you shake it. It's the metal physical key in the slot rattling. I would have though I would have remembered this if it was always this way, but I could be wrong This bugs me and is annoying. Is yours this way? My 2nd key rattles to, but seems like not as much. Maybe yours has always rattled too and now I ruined everything for you as you will notice it now

ooohhh... fancy AF can you take a picture of yours to see how it compares to the "ad". the red "ad" photo looks good.
take it apart and make sure the battery is securely seated in the cradle. You may have to adjust the tension clips that hold the battery in place
Mine rattles too if I shake it just right. If I touch the end of the inserted manual key, it stops rattling.
