I’ve really enjoyed using RS6 as my daily. I’ve added lightweight performance wheels, Akrapovic titanium exhaust, Eventuri carbon fiber intake, APR stage 1+ 93 octane tune and CT Carbon body kit. 2024 - found one that the previous owner did a 1 pay and ran out of miles and returned it. It was purchased new just 7 months before me and they took the bigger chunk of depreciation (about $35K). it has their updated screen and software and its a non-plug in hybrid at the transmission - ZERO turbo lag thanks to this tech. Very impressed.
Love those old body G wagons- How has it been holding up maintenance-wise as your daily and how many miles have you racked up? Seriously considering getting a 2017-2018 63.
I loved my 2016 at first, but it was the first vehicle that just broke my will with unbelievable running costs. I put about $10k into an upgraded adjustable suspension and then I'd get a bill for $2-4k every 2-4 months for thinkings breaking (not just maintenance), and that was using an independent. At 18 months it was a surprise $6k bill that finally did it.
holy cow. Can you give me examples of the random things going? I’ve read similar things on Reddit which is why I asked here. Those running costs are more than the 458!
