    Hi
I had a look and could not locate any response on this discussion. I will appreciate some info on the difference between the 76 and 77 valance/spoiler.
I know the 75 rubber spoiler did not have the emblem. However, just want to confirm what other differences where on the 75/76 cars compared to the 77.

The front valance for MY 75 and 76 are the same. It changed for MY 77, which provides more room for the new 16" front tires. The 75/76 version does NOT have the emblem. The 75/76 version fits to the standard front spoiler (same part as a normal 911), but the MY 77 version requires a different front spoiler, basically a normal one, which has been cut on both sides. As far as I know, from 77 it did not change until 89.

And don't expect a new front valance to be a perfect fit, it is a pain to mount.

I am looking for one of the 75/76 ones.

Sad that not even Bonhams knows the difference between tea tray and whale tail
"The Turbo's characteristic flared wheelarches and 'tea tray' rear spoiler had already been seen on the Carrera model while the interior was the most luxurious yet seen in a 911, featuring leather upholstery, air conditioning and electric windows."

This Ice green 75 turbo is my ex car (owned for 7 years after the first owner), very very nice example, full original, with all original documentation, etc.
