"McGovern and Glover spent a lot of time during their presentations explaining how important the brand’s history is to the firm." How, exactly? Other than the word Jaguar (now spelled JaGUar, apparently), can anyone name one thing about the company's direction that draws from its history? Let's see. The cars will probably have four wheels and four tires. They'll likely have windshields. They might even have steering wheels, seats and doors. Some might be painted green. How am I doing?
Came across one of these in a shool parking lot yesterday; Ford Explorer. Pretty bland. EU only? Web page says: available for order Dec.16, so dealer stock I presume - https://www.ford.co.uk/cars/electric-explorer#exterior
Looks like they have put a window in that "C" pillar: EU Version Image Unavailable, Please Login US Version Image Unavailable, Please Login
Jean Jennings passed away. A true powerhouse and legend! She was funny and could hang with the best of them. She loved designers and was a huge supporter! She will be missed and loved… https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a63202068/jean-jennings-obituary/
Rest in Peace. I used to love reading her articles in the 80s/90s. Reminds me of the early days of Automobile. What a fantastic magazine in the early days
As designers, she was one of us. In the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s she was at all the global auto shows interacting with all of us. She was so much fun! She started as a taxi driver.
