Dang it. 3 hours for me to get there, and much as I would like to meet and greet with Fchatters and other car guys, that's a long haul for a cup of coffee and a hello. Now if I double the speed limit like most folks on I 75 do, I could be there in an hour and a half. hmmmmm . . . . Dave

I almost bought one of those as my first car when I was 16. I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. Enter the MGB, which in hindsight wasn’t the best decision. A buddy in college had one of that era. He used to have to kick the passenger door shut from the outside. Plenty of cowboy boot heel dents in that door. He used to deliberately park it at the bottom of an icy hill in Calgary hoping someone would take it out. We had a lot of fun in that car. What we could remember at least.
