Claims are being made that the standard 2025 SF90 has the upgraded horsepower and engine parts in the XX, along with carbon fiber dash and doors, and tubular frame seats. If true, this is basically the same car as the XX (minus some exterior tweaks, rear wing and a minuscule weight savings) for half the money. Can someone with actual knowledge please confirm? I’ve seen a 2025 window sticker, but am not clear whether it’s legit. But, it does show the aforementioned items as standard for the regular SF90. If true, this won’t be good for XX values at all.

Analyze the differences between the 12C and the 812 Competizione at a technical level. If you add springs 25% harder to the 12C, you practically have a Competizione with a driving dynamic just softened by the electronics...
I even think that the front of the 12C should stick more to the road.
Ferrari s current goal is to sell cars, not to preserve your wallet or your feeling of exclusivity...

Improving the SF90 might sway some from buying used, it makes sense.

I doubt they are making huge improvements to an in production model, but I also wonder if that kind of talk could apply to the successor model to the SF90. In the past they have often taken improvements/ learnings/ from the limited models and applied them to production models- for example several learnings from the TDF are in the 812.

How is this a surprise, they can not regress but improve the platform, eventually the best of the series will always be outclassed by the upcoming model, it’s called progress, having said that I would take a 812 Comp over a 12 Ci, Pista over F8, etc.

I am really looking forward to see what Ferrari comes up next on the SF90 platform, I am really liking my SF90, I can’t wait to seeing if they can improve on that.

Very upsetting - tried to order tubular frames seats on XX, Atelier denied my request.
How does the Comp go for 1M over msrp when you can buy a 12Ci at 1/3 the price. Do you realize how silly /naive your post is - exotics will always be faster, it's how they sell cars and as consumers what we expect and as collectors / enthusiasts / owners we also expect.

As usual…comprehension is lost on you. NO ONE here produces more word salad than you. Perhaps dying on another hill would be more fulfilling…

Incidentally, Ferrari has confirmed the window sticker I saw was incorrect and the 2025 SF90 model does not have the XX engine or other unique options.

Ferrari confirmed you are posting fake news / fake specs / fake pricing / fake seats - that is the oddest thing I have ever read and on this forum that is saying a lot. You sent your fake invoice to Ferrari and they responded - "fake" - which you knew but thought it was cute to post bs and went on - It will hurt XX value as it will be 1/2 the price - when I respond with Comp / 12Ci - you ignore reality.

Please post your fake invoice - let's go with reality, then test my comprehension. If you can't understand my posts - "dying on a hill" which is something I have no recollection of - perhaps in the Dino when it broke down - you reference this in the XX section out of context - "Salad meet Glenn" :)

I enjoy car people who enjoy cars of all kinds. I do not enjoy bs artists and that's your problem not mine,
if you can find one of my posts that is untrue and fictional in any way - please reference - that reality.

Here ya go Doug, go ahead and suck on this for a while, before gracing the group with another of your infamous responses in broken English. Here’s a hint since I know comprehension is difficult for you: the standard equipment list is on the left. There you’ll see the engine HP, ABS EVO brakes and the tubular carbon fiber seats. On the upper right, please direct your attention to the year and model. Let me know if you need any translation done.:D

You are the one claiming - the inability to decipher yet you go on ad nauseam.
Just post your document you claim Ferrari later confirmed is fake - might want to see someone about your inability to stay focussed - your choice. Post the document - sweetie!

Ok this is an XX thread - clearly you showed an SF90 2025 Spider which Ferrari is still producing.
Yet you posted - this sticker represented the next SF90 and much like XX, hurting values at 1/2 the price. You then actually contacted Ferrari based on this sticker?
You got me on the seats / broken English - I guess although still a little lost on what hill you referenced.
XX thread, pretty sure those are comfort seats and should have posted this in SF90 replacement thread
Sheesh dude - I feel bad for starting with you. Enjoy yourself.

Maybe you should go back and read my original post again…or schedule an appointment with a reputable neurologist. Notice you’re the only one struggling to understand here. Although this seems to be a common theme with you. SMH

I am actually very interested in knowing what a tubular carbon fibre seat is, would you have any photos or screenshots? As far as I know there are 3 seats on offer in the SF90 range, the Comfort sofas and Racing Seat in the base SF90 and as an option over the Racing Seat the “Best Weight” seat in the XX please see screenshots attached.

Can you get info on what tubular carbon seat is? It sounds like a 4th option to me but have not seen it anywhere. Much appreciated.

I was told by my dealer that the tubular seat reference is actually the best weight seat and the tubular part is the carbon fiber “bar” below the headrest. Not certain whether this is correct, so perhaps others here may respond with different information.

Ferrari always make the engine and chassis improvements available in the next model. they did the same with the 812 after the TDF, the Pista and he F8 and the same is happening with the 12 Cilindri. Hasn't hurt the values of the limited edition car in any way shape or form. As far as the dash and doors are concerned, I am not sure "carbon doors" = XX door panel. In fact I am sure it does not. Finally the XX is a very different car aerodynamically compared to a SF90, the changes are not just external "tweaks".
    I wouldn't worry about it.

And you were able to spec that in your upcoming Spider? That means they might offer it in the SF90 replacement which is great news.
