    I fully know who Enzo was. He didn't live in California in 2005. He didn't live anywhere in 2005. He died in 1988.

    $3 to $10 is a pretty good estimate. It's just a plain old used/abandoned vanity license plate.

    Not a bad one for a car in a garage with a Ferrari in it - kinda corny really - but I can see it selling for $3 to $10 plus shipping.

    It would have some value if California allows transfer of a plate to a vehicle other than the one to which it is registered

    I think most states will reissue a personal plate(content) to someone else if is not re-registered by the last registered owner which in this case looks like 2005; ie, use it or lose it to someone else who has applied for it. DMV may delay the reissue for a period of time; say two years before a reissue can occur and then if someone wants it they reissue to new applicant.
    I would say that someone else in CA ‘owns’ that content currently.
