    Hi All,
I wanted to please get advi e on the following:

    Lowering:
I dont want a crazy drop but I do want to.eliminate wheel gap. Are Novitec springs needed or csn the oen setuo be lowered? If Novitec is meeded what is a good price?

    Wheels:
I am considering spacers and refinishing the oem wheels. Any advice on ideal spacers?

    Tune:
Is a tune a bad idea? Do I need exhaust also to get a big benefit

    Carbon exterior pieces:
Any good sources from China? I know Novitec etc make some expensive pieces but anyone have good experiences with Chinese options?

    Any other advice welcome.

    Thank you

Come on, you must admit Ferrari have so much wheel gap from the factory.

I assumed a tune might be a bad idea, but lowering is a no brainer.

Lowering on Novitec springs always seems to look good.

I have Novitec springs and full exhaust on order at the moment. I also bought the spacers and titanium bolts from HIll Engineering to go with it. It should look and sound much better when done. I am not playing around with the tune as it struggles to put the power down at then moment here and I don't want to over stress the engine and cause issues resulting in large bills. I went with 11mm and 15mm spacer option, but there is also a 20mm option

What car do you have 458-488-F8? it matters.....

    Lowering:
I used Novitec springs to lower a 488 I had. Put on 6,000 or more miles on it with zero issues. The car rode and handled great but my 488 was NOT slammed low. STAY AWAY from any off brand especially Chinese parts!!!! Not sure how you use your car and your road conditions but be careful lowering past 3/4"/ 19mm. On a 488 you'll start to scrap the air diffuser at 1" and front air guides for the brakes sometimes. On a F8 you will for sure damage the rear diffuser at 1".

    Wheels:
I used Hill Engineering spacers 11mm front and 15mm rear until my properly spec'd for offset HRE's came in. I am NOT a fan of spacers but the absolute best quality spacers have been Hill for a long time. Novitec spacers are good too. Stay away...far away from off brand China made spacers and wheel bolts as they can create vibrations due to not as exact milling as the Hill spacers are and Chinese bolts are not quality metal like the OEM Titanium or Hill bolts are.

    Tune:
I never did a tune on my 488, just plugged the exhaust valves vacuum lines and the car sounded better and ran fine. If you have warranty you will lose it if you tune, change exhaust, intake air flow etc. Many posts on this forum about that. I will say that if you have the money to self warranty and you want more power and sound you really must do everything as a complete package.... upgraded turbo's, piping, 200 or catless, no muffler X pipe or straight through and have a properly done tune. Probably around $20k to do it right with no issues.

Carbon: Again China carbon pieces will turn color to a yellowish color and clear coat hazes, peels, flakes etc. MyRicambi, MACarbon, Sforza are the go to for Carbon outside of OEM.
