First Ferrari I ever drove was this model in this color at Algar Ferrari in 1979. Phil the manager asked if I could help move the car from the warehouse to the showroom. I can still remember the sound and how fast my heart was beating. I was never more excited and scared at the same time. What a great sound that car had.
Any more informations about this car or the owner Mr Roothooft who also owned 250 LM #6051 . In the 365 GTC/4 registry when I put his name in the search mode it gives #15407 could it be correct for this car ?
Hi all, recently I learned about a 365 GTC/4 located in Mexico, but I can't find any information about it rather than its model year and serial number (15721). There is also another 365 GTC/4 in the country painted in Verde Medio, which I haven't be able to identify, so I was wondering if they could be the same car. Would anybody be able to help me figure it out? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The green car in the pix is a Euro version 365 GTC/4 Coupö Pininfarina but not 15721, which is a U.S. version 365 GTB/4 Berlinetta Scaglietti (a.k.a. a Daytona). 15721 is in Mexico since 50 years, with various owners, painted Blu Dino 106-A-72 with Beige VM 3218 interior. Marcel Massini
I prefer the cloth seat inserts. More comfortable and look better. Interesting the original wood rimmed steering wheel. I think the early white prototype had a wood rimmed wheel too.
No brake cooling ducts below the bumper and it would appear to have a wood steering wheel.....Thank you for posting!
