As I wait this out at a coffee shop, just reading another post and taking the summary of the issues that this stemmed from and consolidating here. Looks like there were a few places that this might come from:

    1. battery
    2. brake pedal light switch
    3. speed sensor
    4. blown fuse (fuse F40 was noted in one post).

    Final Update:

Car is fixed and a huge shout out to Roselli for taking my car with ZERO fuss. My Bay Area friends on here likely already know this but still wanna say it out loud.

None of the aforementioned solutions contributed to the problem. After tracing the portion of the ECU network that was non-responsive, each of the modules throwing codes had to have their codes cleared individually, and then everything settled and all is good. Its a good news bad news thing - no parts to replace, but shop time nonetheless. Lesson learned for me is always keep your car on a battery tender.

One point of clarity above on the mention of a fuse. F40 is a 30A for the rear window defrost, and F04 is a 40A for hydraulics. If they replaced F40 it would have had nothing to do with this issue.

I just went through this whole ordeal and all faults that you are registering is what I experienced. Bought New Battery and had Alternator installed. Problem dissolved.

What I learned is, the battery tender is NOT a charger and the 488 is EXTREMELY finicky if it’s not getting exactly the right voltage feed. Apparently they all have voltage leak, mine has almost none.
Change battery and if you experience the same issues, change the alternator

Agree on the finicky part, but disagree that a tender doesn't charge. Its not its primary function, but it does charge as part of it. I had the battery tested to be sure, and it passed with flying colors. Normally I'm jumping in it for a run with about a 5 day interval and in this case, it was stretched to 10 due to schedules and weather. For me the lesson is keep it on a tender and this shouldn't be an issue until the battery itself starts to fail.

Really for anything sitting and generally to prolong the life of a battery it should be standard course. I do it for my motorcycle and just got lazy here. Expensive lazy lesson but one Ill learn from.

When I first purchased my new to me 488 at 7 years old, the battery tender regularly threw up a fault light. After cleaning the magnetic contacts with IPA on both the car and the tender, it hasn't done it again. I wonder how many owners have experienced issues due to this.

Hello, would you by any chance know what tool was used to clear the codes individually?

I have the same issue. I replaced my battery. I cleared my codes with an Autel Maxisys MS919. Some codes remain active (can not be erased) and the car stays in Wet mode. I did not purchase the extra Ferrari software for $620. I did a hard reset by connecting both negative and positive cables together after disconnecting them from the battery to no avail. However, I did see a message flash that the car needs to be reprogrammed. Maybe the extra Ferrari software will allow access to all modules to reset them and not just erase the codes. Looks like a trip to the dealer (12 hours away).
