Why is swift53 banned?

Red might be a temporary ban? It is still possible to view his profile, for a black banned tag this is not possible. (First example I could find)

He felt that the vendor was not an honorable seller. He believed that the vendor misrepresented an item in a previous transaction and couldn't be bothered to make it right.

No of course not. 7 days as I recall.... might have been 14

But definitely NOT permanent

Users who discuss or convey what happens in private areas of the forum are in violation of site rules. Idle curiosity doesn't trump the privacy expectations someone paid for. Time to drop it before you get someone banned.

 

This "explanation" is completely wrong. You don't have access to the forum where the current incident occurred to begin with. What you're describing is an incident that took place last year in the open forums.
